Jeri,

They can't be very aggressive with the first fill because you have not learned out to eat as a bandster yet.

If they fill you up too tight, you are not able to eat anything except soft foods, and soft foods are normally very high in calories/fat.

I don't mean to scare anyone, but the panic you feel, when you can't swallow your own spit, is indescribable, and not something I would wish on my greatest enemy.
