I am scheduled for my 2nd fill at 7:30 am tomorrow (Wednesday) - I am
going to ask the staff this question as well - but are there any
limitations as far as my work outs go on the day of or the days
following a fill? Do I need to take extra caution? I usually do
strength training on Wednesday nights, so should I just stick to
cardio - or just rest? Any suggestions? Thanks!
