Sandy, it almost IS 2 meals! It is 1/3 of what I eat calorie wise
daily... the rest of my meals are smaller and less calorie dense. Read
up on coconut oil, I am going to give it 3 mos and decide if I'll
continue taking it. My skin and hair have been much softer too and I
finally lost my first pound in weeks.... All that fiber has been
keeping me regular too!
